Free trial class for new students during the first week of session.

For those who have not taken yoga before or are new to the Yoga in Daily Life System, we recommend taking one six-week session of Level 1.

Yoga Classes
Cost if registered for 1 class per week:

Pre-Registration: $75.00
Pre-registration payment deadline is 2pm on the last Saturday before the new session starts.

Regular Registration: $88.00
If registering for more than one class per week for six weeks:
2 Classes: $138; Unlimited Classes: $176
1 class/six months: $285
1 class/one year: $540

Unlimited Class Passes:
Unlimited classes for 3 months (2 sessions): $275
Unlimited classes for 6 months (4 sessions): $525
Unlimited classes for 12 months (8 sessions): $1,000


Yoga and Meditation
Per Session (6 weeks): $40
Drop-ins (1 class): $10

Yoga for Seniors
Per Session (6 weeks): $50
Drop-ins (1 class): $10

Yoga for Kids
4-8 Year Olds, (6 weeks): $40

Drop-in classes
Students who are registered for any YIDL class may drop in to additional classes for a fee of $12 per class, if space is available, on a first-come/first-served basis.

Students who are not registered in any YIDL class, including out-of-town visitors, are welcome to take a class for a fee of $16 per class, if space is available, on a first-come/first-served basis.

Class Descriptions
Yoga & Relaxation (Level 1)
Open to everyone, including beginners, seniors, special needs, and anyone seeking to reduce stress and improve focus. Improve your health and well-being. Here you will learn yoga postures (asanas), breath (pranayama) and meditation techniques, and deep relaxation to relax the body and calm the mind. A regular practice of yoga brings balance to the body, mind, and soul. Make-ups for missed class: Yoga & Relaxation, Yoga for All, Yoga & Meditation

Yoga for All (Level 1 & More)
Open to everyone, including those new to yoga. Instruction of basic postures mixed with intermediate classic poses (asanas) and adaptations to stretch, strengthen and tone. Includes deep relaxation, breath (pranayama) and meditation techniques. Make-ups for missed class: Yoga & Relaxation, Yoga for All, Yoga & Meditation

Yoga Beyond the Basics (Levels 2 & 3)
Deepen your awareness and experience of postures (asanas), deep relaxation, pranayama, and meditation techniques.Recommended prerequisite: Yoga & Relaxation or Yoga for All. May make up a missed class in any other class.

Intermediate Plus (Mixed Levels 2-7)
Intermediate course featuring even more advanced postures, meditation and pranayama techniques. Includes individual adaptations and deep relaxation. Recommended prerequisite: Yoga & Relaxation, Yoga for All or Yoga Beyond the Basics. May make up a missed class in any other class.


Yoga & Meditation

Strengthen your inner calm through the ancient art of meditation. This class provides silence, deep relaxation, gentle stretching, calming breath techniques (pranayama) and guided meditation. No experience necessary. All are welcome and chairs are available. $35 per session or $10 drop-in.

Yoga for Seniors
A gentle, shorter (one hour) class with adaptive movements and postures to promote flexibility, balance, strength, and overall health. All are welcome regardless of age or physical ability. $50 for a 6-week session or $10 drop-in. May make up a missed class in Yoga in Relaxation, Yoga for All, or Yoga & Meditation.


Yoga for Kids
Fun with games and movement for kids 4-8. Imporoves posture, focus, balance, concentration, and ability to relieve stress. $40 per session or $10 drop-in.

Satsangs
Satsang is a sanskrit word which means to be with Truth, to be at the place where Truth is discussed and taught. On Sunday nights at 5:30pm, all are welcome to a program of devotional songs (bhajans), meditation, a spiritual video with lectures from the founder of Yoga in Daily Life (Swamiji), and prayer. Everybody is heartily welcome.

Refunds

After Week 1: 75% of tuition.
After Week 2: 50% of tuition.
After Week 3: 25% of tuition.
After Week 4: No refunds.
