Welcome back to in-person classes

At Yoga in Daily Life, the health and safety of our students and teachers are our number one priority.
We are following the CDC and other recommended cleaning and sanitizing guidelines for areas commonly touched and used.
Cleaning is done before and after each class.

All our classes are thought in-studio and streamed online over Zoom, for those not ready to come in.
The in-person procedures outlined below are designed to help keep you and your teachers safe. Please review.

We look forward to seeing you. Welcome back.

Before signing up
  • If you are not feeling well, suspect that you may have been in contact with someone who is COVID-19 positive (regardless if they do not have symptoms), or have not been practicing social distancing, please do not come to in-person class. Cancel your class and reschedule when it is safe to return to class. Meanwhile, you can take the same class online.
  • Ask yourself these questions before leaving for the yoga center: Do I have a fever? Do I have a dry cough? Do I have a sore throat? Do I have a runny nose? Have I lost the sense of smell or taste? Do I live with someone who is sick or quarantined?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, please do not come to in-person class.

Arriving at the Yoga Center

  • Masks may be taken off once student is on their designated spot. When leaving  designated spot, masks are to be worn. Students are also free to wear their masks during class.
  • Students are required to sanitize their hands before entering the studios. Hand sanitation stations are provided at the door of each of the studios.
  • Students are to bring their own mats, blankets, water, etc. These will no longer be provided by studio.
  • We will practice with open windows to ensure continuous air flow
