Class Descriptions
Yoga-General (Level I)
Improve your health and well-being in our general yoga class,
where you will learn yoga postures, breath techniques and deep
relaxation to relax the body and calm the mind. Regular practice
of yoga brings balance to the body mind and soul.
Yoga-Intermediate (Level II, III)
Deepen your awareness of the yoga postures, deep relaxation,
pranayam and meditation. Previous attendance in at least one
full session with Yoga In Daily Life is required.
Refunds
Conditions below are for
enrollment and refund policies.
The $15.00 registration fee (included in the
price) is non-refundable.
After Week 1
All tuition less registration fee will be returned.
After Week 2
70% of tuition less registration fee will be returned.
After Week 3
50% of tuition less registration fee will be returned.
After Week 4
No refunds.
