Our classes include deep anti-stress relaxation, yoga postures, breathing techniques, and self inquiry meditation. Our nonprofit center has been sharing the amazing benefits of Yoga in Daily Life with the Buford and surrounding communities for more than 15 years.

Level 1 | 12 Weeks Course
A progressive introduction to the Yoga in Daily Life system. Wonderful for beginners as well as those looking to build a solid foundation to existing yoga practice. New courses will start in January.
Level 2 - 8
Progressively more challenging and advanced courses for students who have completed the prior Level with Yoga in Daily Life.

Yoga in Daily Life Specialty are the Yoga Courses. They progress from Level 1 / Beginners Yoga - Level 8 / Highly advanced Yoga. Each level of the YIDL System prepares your body, your breathing and your concentration along with an understanding of the inner processes, for the next level. more >
Every Yoga in Daily Life class commences with a short relaxation, then a series of Asanas (Yoga postures) practiced progressively, working on strengthening, stretching and increasing the vitality of the entire body system, finishing with Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Pranayama. more >
