Join us Fridays 6-7.30 PM during Spring 2 session.
This class is on drop-in basis, appropriate for all yoga students, no matter of level or class you currently attend with us. It is more dynamic then other classes - lots of dynamic Asanas, Khatupranam and Pranayama will boost your energy level, empower your Manipur chakra and strengthen your immune system. Regular drop-in prices apply.

Self-Inquiry Meditation enables us to understand ourselves and others, to purify the subconscious, and gradually lose the inner inhibitions and complexes. Our thinking becomes clearer and we learn what helps us to overcome difficulties in life and enable our inner Self to unfold.
