Introductory Yoga Session

New Introductory Yoga session starts on Monday, February 8!

Suitable for those with no experience of Yoga or if you are coming back to your practice after a break. Based on Sarva Hitta Asanas - postures that are good for everyone this course covers all the foundations needed for an ongoing yoga practice: full yoga breath, stretching, flexibility and mobility exercises, relaxation, pranayama and introduction to meditation.
