A gentle yoga class adapted to the needs of seniors to promote flexibility, balance, strength, and overall health. Individual attention is given to the needs of each student. All are welcome regardless of age or physical ability. Chairs will be available for those who need it. The class is free for seniors 65 and older. Please SHARE this information with anyone you feel might benefit from the class!

You can sign up for the class here. Everyone is welcome to the class; for those 65 and older, please sign up as "unpaid". If you are younger than 65, please sign up using one of the pricing options available. If you are a senior under 65 but with low income, please send us an email and we will send you more information about our program to assist those who are unemployed/low income.
