Dinesh is a Yoga in Daily Life Buford and certified yoga teacher with Yoga in Daily Life. Having known Vishwaguruji, the Founder of the Yoga in Daily Life system since 1986, the opening of the yoga center in Buford in 1999 was a fulfillment of their long term wish to offer authentic yoga practice to the community. Dinesh is a warm-hearted, caring yoga teacherand you will come out of his classes feeling relaxed and refreshed. Influenced by his teachers, peers, environment and travels, his aim is to bring unique sense of empowerment to each of his classes. Through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana his goal is to have all student leave each class feeling more refreshed and renewed. He teaches in a way that provokes thought and meaning, letting the student experience for themselves through careful planning and energy reading. His classes are always challenging physically and mentally, delivered in English and Sanskrit with uplifting music include minimal demonstration and maximum hands on assists. His aim is to live a yoga lifestyle and lead his classes in a way that reflects that choice.
Kailash Devi Purohit
Kailash practices Ashtanga (Eight Limbed) Yoga from her childhood and follows Guru parampara(Linage). She believes
in yogic way of life, learned from her grandparents. Kailash follows "Yoga in Daily Life The System" and disciple of "Paramahansa Vishwaguru Maheshwarananda". She is a founding member of Yoga in Daily Life Buford. She opened the center in Buford in 1999 was a fulfillment of their long-term wish to offer authentic yoga practice to the community. Kailash is an energetic, authentic certified yoga teacher with many years of experience practicing and teaching yoga and meditation. In Kailash's class, you will experience authentic(Raja and Hatha Yoga) and nadi shodhana pranayama(purification of nervous system) and Meditation, you will learn about asanas in Sanskrit and English translation. Which she has learned directly from the source since her childhood in Rajasthan, India. She is a certified Yoga teacher from India, Europe and USA. She has a BS degree in Biology from India and Business management, religion, health and wellness degree from university of North Georgia. Kailash teaches a variety of classes from Holistic yoga, level one beginner to advanced as well as chair yoga, stress management and relaxation yoga, partner yoga, yoga for back and joint pain, Raj Yoga, Bhakti yoga, vitality and health into seniors yoga. Sadhavi Prempuja
Sadhvi Prempuja Puri started practicing yoga according to the Yoga in Daily Life system in 1995. Since then, she has been studying extensively, in India, as well as on international seminars around the world, continuously deepening her knowledge of yoga. She has been teaching at Yoga in Daily Life Buford since October 1999 when the center had first opened. Since then, she has taught more than 10,000 yoga classes. It is Prempuja's belief that all great things in life can be achieved with the help of yoga. Whatever fitness and experience level you are at, in Prempuja's classes you will learn how to use the wealth of yoga exercises and techniques to tap the inner sources of energy, to strengthen your willpower, to breathe correctly, to keep progressing and challenging yourself. In each class, Prempuja uses her experience from years of teaching classes for special needs to ensure that each student can participate in her class by offering gentle variations to those who need them while challenging all to extend their limits. Prempuja teaches a variety of classes from Beginners to Advanced, as well as classes for Healthy Back, for Vitality and Digestion, Meditation, and Yoga Philosophy.
Pam Carpanter
Pam Carpenter joined Yoga in Daily Life Buford in January of 2017 after 15 years of inconsistent yoga practice and searching for an authentic yoga experience. Having battled an autoimmune disease her entire life, she quickly noticed significant improvements in her health with daily practice. She is enjoying increased energy, reduced blood pressure, reduced insomnia, weight loss and no longer needs medication for depression and allergies. Pam is working closely with Kailash and studying the Yoga in Daily Life text as she continues to advance her knowledge and ability to practice and teach. It is her desire to share the benefits of peace and improved health she has experienced with others. Pam is a wonderful teacher and very nice person. She works with students according to their need and she love to help them.

Tammy is a former CPA (accountant) turned Yogi. Striving for a peaceful mind and a strong
healthy body led to a lifetime of learning and self-improvement through various forms of
meditation, purification techniques, breathing techniques, and exercise programs.
Early experiences lead to the belief that Yoga was simply a series of physical exercises. Years of
study with Yoga in Daily Life (YIDL), YIDL Meditation and Teacher’s Training in the Czech
Republic, and Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher’s Training, changed that perspective. An
increased understanding of the many aspects of Yoga has quickly grown into a deep love and
respect for not only the physical but the healing, mental, and spiritual aspects of Yoga as well.
Tammy is excited to be part of the teaching team at Yoga in Daily Life. Her classes strive to
fulfill Yoga’s overall science of self-mastery with a fulfilling Yoga practice. As a teacher of
students of various life stages and experience levels, her teaching combines Asanas,
Meditation, Guided Relaxation, and Pranayama (Breathing Techniques).
