If you would like to come more than just once a week, you can drop-in to other Yoga class of your level, which is not full, for a drop-in fee of $10.00, paid as you come.

PRE-REGISTRATION payment deadline is on the last Saturday 2 PM before the new session starts!

Unless otherwise specified, all classes and programs are held at the Yoga In Daily Life Center at 2402 Mount Vernon Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia.

Participation in Yoga-Intermediate requires previous attendance in at least one full Yoga-General (6 weeks) WITH YOGA IN DAILY LIFE.
