e is a non-profit community service organization with more than 3000 locations in 26 countries dedicated to bringing the benefits of yoga and meditation to all. Our national center, in the Del Ray area of Alexandria, Virginia, supports humanitarian efforts both locally and internationally. People of all ages and levels of physical ability enjoy our gentle, holistic approach to yoga, learning to relax, stretch, breathe and meditate.

To Live Yoga in Daily Life means to: Give love and help for all beings, Respect for life, protection of nature and the environment, Sustain a peaceful state of mind, 
Practice a full vegetarian diet, Have pure thoughts and positive lifestyle, To do regular physical, mental and spiritual practices, Foster tolerance and understanding for all nations, cultures and religions

Living Yoga in Daily Life means to work for ourselves and for the benefit of others. To do valuable and constructive work for our neighbors and the community, to preserve nature and the environment and work for peace in the world. To practice yoga means to be active in the most positive sense and to work for the welfare of all of mankind.
